Carolina Mazzi is a journalist and has a major at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). She currently works with the Communication team at FGV ECMI. As a reporter, she worked in the editorial offices of the newspapers O Globo and Jornal do Brasil and published in media outlets such as UOL, NBC, Forbes, BBC, Deustche Welle, Intercept, and more. She has also worked as communications manager at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz) and at the Ronaldo Gazolla Municipal Hospital. She was a researcher for the World Bank and a fellow at Columbia University and at the Università Degli Studi di Torino (Unito).
