Master (2014) and PhD (2018) in Linguistics at the Fluminense Federal University. He was a research coordinator at FGV DAPP, where he developed projects together with institutions such as Febraban, the Ministry of Finance, the Chamber of Deputies and the Ministry of National Integration. In 2019, he provided digital mapping political consultancy services for the European Union, and, in 2020, he was the coordinator of the only research project in South America awarded by Facebook/Meta for research on disinformation. In the field of Language Science, he focuses on studying models of propagation, organization and narrative adherence in the digital environment, particularly within politics, institutions, financial markets and public management.
