Monalisa Mittelstaedt has a major in Business Administration, an MBA in Business Management (UGF) and an MBA and Process Quality and Management (UCP). She has a long track record in large, multinational companies based on managing administrative, financial and logistic processes, and currently provides academic support to the team at the School of Communication, Media and Information (FGV ECMI).
