The School of Communication, Media and Information at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV ECMI) was visited by the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) The Forum members participated in a meeting and became acquainted with the School's facilities. 

Participating in the visit were the Secretary General of the Forum and the Deputy Secretary General, Jixian Zheng and Casimiro de Jesus Pinto, and the commercial consul of China in Rio de Janeiro, Xu Yuansheng. They were received by the deputy director of FGV ECMI, Ana Guedes, and by the project coordinator, Amaro Grassi. 

The main objective of Forum Macao is to contribute to the development and strengthening of trade and economic relations between China and its other members.
